Our Process & How to Connect

We make it simple. Here’s everything you need to know.

If you’re here, you’re probably somewhere between “we’re just looking”
and “we’re completely ready for this” — and either is a great place to start.
We love helping families find the right puppy.
We love helping them feel ready for one even more.

The Process

How to Reserve a Puppy

Reserving a Kindred Pup puppy is simple:

01

Reach Out

Send a message, call, or text. Tell us a little about your home and what you’re hoping for in a Lab. We love hearing from you.

02

Place a Deposit

A deposit starting at $250 holds your spot for an upcoming litter. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable for up to one year. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.

03

Get Ready

We offer local pickup in Tennessee, delivery to Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, and surrounding states, and nationwide transport through our trusted flight nanny team.

And then — a puppy comes home.

    Getting Your Puppy Home

Wherever home is, we can get your Kindred Pup there. By car or by flight nanny, your pup is in good hands the whole way.

    When You Reach Out

    Here’s what to expect.

When you reach out, we’ll follow up with an email that covers the questions we hear most often — pricing, process, timing, transport. It gets you the basics quickly so we can spend our conversation on the things that actually matter to you.

From there, just reply with any questions and tell us a little about yourself. Do you have other pets? Kids at home? Have you had a Lab before? How did you find us? There are no wrong answers — we just like knowing who we’re talking to.

    About Us

    About Kindred Pup

Kindred Pup started with a simple idea: breed Labs the way they deserve to be bred — for temperament and health first, and beauty as a natural result of doing those things right.

Our dogs are health-tested, our puppies are raised underfoot, and we’re in this for the long haul. Families who bring home a Kindred Pup stay connected to us, and we like it that way.

How to Know a Breeder Is Legit

We know there are a lot of scams out there. If you decide Kindred Pup isn’t the right fit, here’s what to look for:

Look for depth. Photos, stories, history. Scammers don’t build full websites with years of content.

Ask for a health guarantee. We offer a one-year genetic health guarantee. If a breeder can’t stand behind their lines, don’t trust them.

Understand the waitlist. Make sure you know exactly how the reservation process works before you place a deposit.

Look for a hands-on program. You want puppies that are raised underfoot and socialized — not kenneled away from people.
