Let me tell you, as the owner of more than a couple of dogs, that a well-trained dog is a joy unrivaled. Labradors are large and strong. Their famous and endearing “otter tails” can clean off a table top quicker than your hands can! I have been having a hard time describing to you just how beautiful Belle’s coloring is. It is dark, but rich, not ashy, and almost has a slight redness to it. It is truly the most beautiful coat I’ve seen from any chocolate labrador, anywhere. I think the Colorado labrador population is about to get even more beautiful. Her coat is also thick and warm and as soft as can be. This litter has been such a breeze, you guys. I just can’t believe how wonderful they’ve been – easy, relatively quiet, playful but not aggressive. If I had the room I may just have kept all of these pups! I have to tell you that we all shed a few tears when puppies head home.
